Ok, so this one is part product and part service. We work together as a team using our industry changing product. It starts with our application which creates reserve studies. We call this product ^ethereaL^©. What is unique about ^ethereaL^© is that it is all driven by pre-loaded data and algorithms all accessed via menus and buttons that do not require an engineer to analyze, read or push. An association manager with a reasonable understanding of the physical plants of HOAs or condos can run it. And, since all of the math and engineering are built into the application, they can do it quite quickly. And since this application fixes the flaw that is inherent in the reserve study software used by engineers, with just a bit of care, you can be producing much more accurate and valuable reserve studies than the third parties that you have been paying to create them.
