About Us

Well, “Us” is mostly me, Jim Comin. Well, me, and all of you, my clients…..or future clients. So if you want to learn about me, click my bio button, otherwise…….let’s talk about us. Let’s start with our common denominators.

I’m guessing that you are a lot like me, or at least like I used to be.  When I was heading up management companies, I had a lot of problems.  They reared their ugly heads most every day.  I was a competent guy, so I usually knew what to do to solve the problems.  But as I set out to solve my problem du jour, another problem stood between me and the solution to the first problem.  So, I had to solve that problem……but as I changed direction and started out to solve the new issue, the phone rang, and……..um………..it was a problem…….and then someone from accounting stopped by my office to share with me, uh, their problem, which as it turned out was actually mine……….and then I noticed it was getting dark outside…….and inside.  Yep the day had ended and everyone had gone home.  It was just me and the night janitor.  And it was lonely.

I finally figured out that in the association management industry it was a full time job just to get nothing done! And people didn’t like paying money for that………..for not getting anything done.  Or as I heard so often from my clients about my team,”not doing anything”.  RIGHT?!  So I decided, right then and there, to do something about that, well, when I got the time.  And, of course that meant when I was no longer filling my days and nights, full up, running a management company.  That time is now.  Each product that I have developed is borne of my frustrations and needs which I identified (or others painfully identified for me) over the past 30 years, while I was in the thick of things.  Each of my products is designed to save time or make money AND many also include the goal of a direct improvement in client satisfaction.

Do you know the night janitors better than your own family? Are you tired of pulling your dinner out of the fridge when you get home from work, while your family sleeps? OR maybe you don’t even need dinner because you already had it in the Seven Eleven parking lot on the hood of your car on the way to a board meeting. Tell me, is it a full time job just to get nothing done?
